Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

  1. Learning whether your personal data has been processed
  2. Requesting information about the processing
  3. Learning the purpose of processing and whether they are used accordingly
  4. Knowing the third parties to whom they have been transferred domestically or abroad
  5. Requesting rectification if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately
  6. Requesting deletion within the framework of conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
  7. Requesting notification of rectification or deletion operations to third parties
  8. Objecting to a result arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
  9. Requesting compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing

To exercise your rights listed above, you may choose one of the following methods:

Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
